When placing an order on shop.travelvibes.co you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Applicability

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on travelvibes.co. Altering conditions are not valid. Please note that they are only available in English and that you are therefor expected to be capable understanding English in order to make a purchase on travelvibes.co.

2. Personal Data

2.1 For placing an order on travelvibes.co you are required to provide various personal information, all of which has to be true and complete. False information might cause your order to get cancelled.

2.2 We will save your data for order processing and future orders. Your data will be kept confidential and is not going to be shared with any third parties. For more information refer to our Data Security Statement.

3. Saving and Accessing the Terms and Conditions

3.1 You can view these terms at any time on https://shopdevelop.travelvibes.co/terms/. However, we can not guarantee functionality of this website and short downtimes might occur. Please contact our support (help@shop.travelvibes.co) if you notice the website is not accessible for a longer period of time.

3.2 You can save this document simply by printing this page with your browser (usually File -> Print).

3.3 When placing an order, the Terms and Conditions are attached to the order confirmation email. Please contact our support if that is not the case.

4. Language and Formation of Contract

4.1 Contracts regarding purchases on travelvibes.co can only be formed in English. Furthermore we do not sell to minors and you are required to consult a person 18 years or older (or the applicable legal age in your country) when making purchases as a minor.

4.2 When clicking on the button “BUY NOW” a binding order is placed for the goods in your shopping cart. Your order will be confirmed immediately afterwards, provided that no technical or payment errors occur. For products available upon purchase the order is binding for two working days. In other cases (for example when products are on backorder) you have to wait five working days until you can revoke your order.

4.3 A binding contract is formed when your order is completed by our staff. Digital orders are completed immediately. You will receive an email confirming the completion. You can now no longer cancel your order, even if the deadlines from 4.2 are exceeded. Excluded from this are cases in which the “Right of Rescission” (Part B, 4.) applies.

4.4 Be aware that your order will only be processed once your payment has been received and is visible on our bank account. The products remain our property until complete payment is received. If payment is not fulfilled after seven working days, we will revoke the contract and your order will be cancelled.

5. Procurement Risk; Order Cancellation; Delays; Transfer or Risk

5.1 We are only obligated to deliver products that are either in our inventory or on backorder with our suppliers. If serious delays or problems occur in our supply chain although we have taken appropriate actions to prevent those, your order might get cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

5.2 Delivery time might be extended in case of events beyond our control (e.g.: natural disasters, strikes, lockout, regulatory actions, regional conflicts, energy- or resource shortage, supply shortage, or other obstructions that we are not responsible for like fire, water damage, or technical failure). You will be informed about delays in the most direct way possible, usually via email but at least via our social media channels. If the delay extends four weeks from the original estimated delivery you can to cancel your order free of charge and will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for delays that occur after your order has been shipped.

5.3 For consumers, the risk of decay or random deterioration of the product is transferred to the recipient upon delivery, no matter if delivery was insured or not. In other cases the risk of decay or random deterioration of the product is transferred to the institution or individual that is responsible for delivering or transporting the order.

6. Applicable Law; Dispute; ODR

7.1 For all business, transactions, and orders with us, the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and other intergovernmental arrangements do not apply, unless that would limit the rights of a customer in his country of residence.

7.2 We try our best to provide excellent service in case any issues occur. Feel free to contact our support at any time.

7.3 If you have tried to solve an issue with our support but are unhappy with the result, the European Union provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). You can access it by going to https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage. We are not obligated to participate but we voluntarily do. As a EU citizen you can submit a complaint against us and the service will contact us to try and resolve the issue. Be aware that we can also use this service to submit complaints against customers.

7. Editing these Terms & Conditions

We have the right to edit these Terms & Conditions in order to prevent possible misunderstandings or apply changes of law. If you have an account on travelvibes.co, you will be informed about every change via email, prior to its applicability. The changes apply to all customers, unless the customer informs us through email or mail about the rejection of the changes up to six weeks after he has been informed. Be aware that you can not make any purchases without agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

8. Severability clause

In case that any of the clauses in these Terms & Conditions are void or these Terms & Conditions turn out to be incomplete, all other clauses still apply. German law applies for all void clauses or incompletions.


1. Prices

1.1 Usually, the prices visible in our store are final prices, that means taxes are already applied (if your country is eligible for tax free exports, net prices will be shown). In some cases, the automatic recognition of your destination might fail and prices might change when entering your address. The price shown after entering your details will be the final price. You can still cancel your oder at that point.

1.2 For physical products, you will also have to pay for shipping (Shipping Methods), unless free shipping is available.

1.3 In some countries out of the EU, additional charges due to import taxes might occur. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes or fees that are not charged during checkout. We can not be held responsible if your order doesn’t arrive because of customs issues.

2. Payment & Delivery Times

2.1 We accept PayPal and Credit Card as payment for your oder. We reserve the right not to offer some payment options for various regions or customers. If there is no payment option available we unfortunately can not take your order. Please contact our support and we will try to work something out.

2.2 You strongly agree that invoices and refunds will only be sent out digitally. We might add a print invoice to your physical order.

2.3 We use Stripe for purchases with Credit Card. They are responsible for charging your card or refunding cancelled orders.

2.4 We do not cover any additional costs for transferring money to Germany or exchanging your currency into Euros.

2.5 Delivery times vary depending on your location. We ship using services of Deutsche Post AGThey claim that every country will receive its delivery within at least 15 days however delays might occur on their end.

3. Discount Codes

6.1 We offer various kinds of discount codes that entitle you receive free products, discounts, free shipping or similar. Unless stated differently alongside the discount code the following rules apply: (6.2)

6.2 You can only apply one discount code per order. Discount codes can not be exchanged for actual money or different products. We reserve the right to cancel or change discount codes at any time. A discount code can not be applied after your order is placed. We are not liable for technical errors.

4. Right of Rescission

Following, you can find our cancellation policy as it is required by law.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to revoke the contract of purchase within 14 days without stating any reasons. The 14 day long revocation period begins on the day you have received your delivery. To make use of your Right of Rescission you have to clearly inform Travelvibes – Nicolas Markschat, Glatzer Str. 1, 10247 Berlin, Germany about the cancellation of the contract by either email or letter. For that, you can optionally use the template below, however it is not required. The date of the postmark defines weather or not your letter was sent within the revocation period.


We have to refund all payments received by you (the oder you are revoking and shipping costs, unless you have used a shipping option more expensive than the standard shipping provided by us) within 14 days after receiving your statement about revoking the contract. Unless negotiated differently, we will use the same payment method that you used to pay for your order. Your refund is not available in cash. We will not charge you for your refund. We will delay the refund until we have received the goods.

You have to send back your goods at least 14 days after informing us about your revocation of the contract. If the goods have not arrived or you can not provide proof that you have sent them our way within 14 days you are liable for any damage to our company in relation to your order. You have to pay all costs for sending back your order.

If the condition of the goods has declined and examining the goods show that the decline was caused by improper or incautious use, you will have to pay for the decline.

Print magazines and -newspaper are excluded from this policy by law. You can not revoke a contract regarding purchase of a Print magazine or -newspaper.

When purchasing digital goods you have to strongly agree that the revocation period ends with placing your order during checkout. Therefor you can not revoke a contract regarding digital goods.
